Shipping and Delivery (for domestic Jewelry)・We will deliver it to you free of charge (Yu-Pack). * Bridal products are different. Returns and Exchanges・As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. As all products are handmade by artisans, please be aware that the color and pattern of the product delivered to you may differ slightly from that shown in the image. ( Examples of when returns cannot be accepted: When a customer wishes to return an item for reasons such as it being different from what they expected. When the customer has damaged the item. Custom-made items. Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago. )
・Once you receive the order confirmation email from us, we will not be able to cancel your order or change the order details ( change of product, payment method, delivery date and time ) as the order will already be prepared for shipping.
