How to order

Check the desired products and options, confirm the quantity, and click the "Add to Cart" button.
・Please check the specifications, quantity, and delivery date of the items you have added to your cart.
・Select your shipping and payment method and enter your details.
・Please write any comments or notes in your order request.
・Once you have completed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email, so please check the details.
・If you do not receive an email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@karafuru.jp.


Payment Method

・Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, DinersClub, American Express, JCB)
・Amazon pay
・Bank transfer ( PayPay Bank - formerly Japan Net Bank - ) Please pay within 7 days of placing your order. If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be canceled.
・Cash on delivery (Yu-Pack Collect)


*Cash on delivery is not available for bridal products. Please choose credit card or bank transfer.
*Please pay the applicable fees for bank transfer and cash on delivery. There are no fees for credit card payments.


Shipping and Delivery (for domestic Jewelry)

・We will deliver it to you free of charge (Yu-Pack).
*This may be subject to change due to changes in shipping company pricing, etc. In that case we will notify you on this website.
・Orders (payments) made by 12:00 will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on holidays (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and during the New Year holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or our company is closed, delivery may take longer than usual. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you in advance.

* Bridal products are different.

・You can specify the desired delivery date and time. After adding the item to your cart, please enter it in the order notes. You can choose the delivery date from 5 days after the date of purchase. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request. If the desired date and time has passed, we will contact you by email.

Unless otherwise specified, we will arrange for delivery on the shortest possible date.

Shipping and delivery information (for BRIDAL domestic customers)

-We will deliver it to you free of charge.
・Delivery time is about 2 months from payment. We will contact you when the product is ready.
・You can receive it by mail or at the store.

Returns and Exchanges


・As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. As all products are handmade by artisans, please be aware that the color and pattern of the product delivered to you may differ slightly from that shown in the image. ( Examples of when returns cannot be accepted: When a customer wishes to return an item for reasons such as it being different from what they expected. When the customer has damaged the item. Custom-made items. Items that have been delivered more than 7 days ago. )

・Once you receive the order confirmation email from us, we will not be able to cancel your order or change the order details ( change of product, payment method, delivery date and time ) as the order will already be prepared for shipping. Before that, we can accept changes, so please contact us by email at info@karafuru.jp.

・Return shipping fees and bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer. If you cancel after payment, the refund fee will be borne by the customer.

・We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or is different from your order, please contact us by email at info@karafuru.jp within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we receive your email, we will contact you and process the return or exchange immediately.
(In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by our store.)
Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since the item arrived, so please check the item when it arrives.

-A delivery note will not be included, so the shipping notification email that we send you when the product is shipped will serve as your purchase invoice. If you would like a delivery note, please write "Delivery note requested" in the order request when placing your order. 

After-sales service

・We will repair the product free of charge or for a fee according to the warranty card included with the product. The repair method, number of days, and cost will vary depending on the condition of the product, so please contact us by email first. After that, you will need to send us the product.
