Necessary charges other than the product	If you pay by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the bank transfer fee. If you pay by credit card, there is no fee. Shipping is free of charge. Prices may change due to changes in shipping company pricing, but we will notify you on this website in such cases. All product prices (tax-inclusive prices) include consumption tax.

Payment deadline	Bank transfer: Please make payment within 7 days of placing your order. If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled.
Delivery time	If you place your order (and make payment) by 12:00, we will ship it out the same day. Orders will be shipped on business days on regular holidays (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), national holidays, and the New Year holidays. Bridal products vary for each customer. Due to the large number of orders, or due to our company's holidays, delivery may take longer than usual. We will contact you in advance if there is a delay in delivery.
Returns and Exchanges	As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or if you receive a different product, we will promptly replace it at our expense. Please contact us by email at info@karafuru.jp within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since the item arrived.
