Silver dew pearl ring
A ring made of freshwater pearls and pure silver beads attached with lacquer.
Each piece is carefully painted by a Kyoto lacquerware artist.
Pure silver dew beads have long been used to represent "dew beads" in the lacquer craft technique of maki-e. Usually, they are embedded one by one on pictures of flowers, leaves, etc., but in this case, multiple dew beads are embedded in pearls by drilling holes in them, and used as dots.
The Maki-e artist was initially surprised by this innovative idea, but once the finished product was completed he was convinced that it was a "cute and interesting" ring.
A delicate and cute ring that gives off a mysterious aura, as if a bead of light were shining on your hand.
It is easy to wear in any season, from spring, summer, autumn and winter, and can be enjoyed with a wide range of fashions, from casual to elegant.
It's an ageless design that can be worn by both mothers and daughters, so it would be lovely to enjoy matching outfits.
